Colleges in Minnesota Duluth

Minnesota may be best known as the Twin Cities state, but it’s also got a striking number of fine college and university options, both public and private. Minnesota is impressive in The Minnesota College and University System, MCUS, is extremely comprehensive and diverse with 32 schools including Winona State University, State Cloud State University and Minnesota State University-Moorhead. There are also two private liberal arts schools, Carleton College and Macalester, which have excellent reputations and are top-rated.

As Minneapolis is the most populated city in Minnesota, it is also home to the most colleges and universities. There’s the University of Minnesota, which is the largest and top schools in the state and has five campuses. Colleges and universities are also located in Duluth, Saint Cloud, and Rochester Minnesota.
