    • What is your overall opinion of this school?

rit has a good name-best thing. more females. size about right. people think im really smart when i tell them i go to rit. on campus i spend mostly in classes, otherwise at friends or my own apartment.. college town. so far, pleased with some professors, but really dissappointed with most, knowledge and personality. no school pride. rit doesn't give shit for breaks due to trimester. orientation week was wayyyyyyy overdone, it felt like "college camp" with counselors.

    • What are the academics like at your school?

about 20% get to know my name. favorite class is MET lab cause i get to do stuff with my hands. least favorite is any liberal arts, none of us want to take them and none of the teachers want to teach them. i rarely study. class participation isn't really common. i never have intellectual conversations outside of class. students aren't really competitive, maybe a select few. my major is underrated, they think the 'technology' part makes us dumber or somethin. don't spend time with professors outside of class. requirements are pretty strict. education geared towards learning, not jobs.

    • Describe the students at your school.

our differences give people something to make a fuss about whenever a slight issue arises, its annoying. most everybody would fit into some crowd at rit. students wear anything from polo shirt, to sweatpants, to gym clothes to class. different types of students don't interact. 4 tables- Geeks, drinkers, low-lifes, and emo's. most are geeks. idk about financial backgrounds. i know i think its a bunch of B/S that kids with family that work on rit get in if they're dumb and go for free. overly politically aware/active. all students talk about is how much they're going to make.

    • What are the most popular student activities/groups?

geeks leave doors open. athletic events not at all popular. guest speakers arent. theater isn't. dating scene, too much PDA. all attractive people are taken. met closest friends from dorms. homework if awake. don't know any traditions except rush week. party at least 4 nights a week. fraternities/sororities don't mean squat. last weekend i went home. study if not drinking, or go to lame oncampus event. drink off campus/have fun.
