College Review What is your overall opinion of this school? CSU is just right size wise. I don't enjoy the 400 count classes though, its a terrible way to learn. I spend most of my time on campus in the student center, my dorm or the library. A lot of people are in the library. We sure live in a college town, fort collins embraces CSU so well. It's not a separate city from the campus. There is a lot of school pride, many love to say they're rams. 344 Likes Like This Answer Already Liked This Answer Thank you, this item will be reviewed. What are the academics like at your school? In the smaller classes professors know my name. Its really nice to have a class of 18-25 people, I can get to know everyone and learn better. In my major (biomedical sciences), the kids are extremely competitive. It's mostly girls though, the over achieving ones that like to spread their A's around in people's faces. 77 Likes Like This Answer Already Liked This Answer Thank you, this item will be reviewed. Describe the students at your school. Students are really from everywhere. The campus is mostly white, but we have white hicks, white suburbanites, white upperclass. The black kids seem to group together but have friends of other ethnicities. 31 Likes Like This Answer Already Liked This Answer Thank you, this item will be reviewed. What are the most popular student activities/groups? Being on an intramural team is big. There are so many seasons and sports that you can participate in. It's really fun to put your own team together and play against other people on campus. I love the fairs they have in the plaza, they make everyone happy with free give-aways and info. 977 Likes Like This Answer Already Liked This Answer Thank you, this item will be reviewed. Is the stereotype of students at your school accurate? Not really, there's a large agriculture program as well as engineering/computer science, but not overwhelming. 822 Likes Like This Answer Already Liked This Answer Thank you, this item will be reviewed.
