Lewis & Clark: The Big Picture
It is a nice college campus. There are very exceptional proffesors, but many unqualified ones as well. Advisors don't have the time or desire to handle both classes and students. This college costs way too much. They do not provide the services they promise. They tell you what you want to hear and then tell you to deal with the situation when they don't come through with their promises. The college is too far away from downtown and their are not enough bus routes, which run after 8 pm. The college is too expensive. They don't give you what you pay for.
Lewis & Clark Academic Life
The student to teacher ratio is very good. The professors are exceptional, but their are exceptions. I have had professors who were unqualified to teach their classes. I've taken a class where the instructor showed up for only half the class. There are great inconsistancies. The Registrars office is uncooperative and disrespectful. They don't want to help students and it is obvious they have more important priorities than students.
Lewis & Clark's Student Body
The student body is small and organized into social groups. There are only a handful of attempts by the college to bring students together, especially transfer students. Students are generally from wealthy backgrounds and don't value what they have.
Lewis & Clark Naked Truth
This school intentially decieved me so I would apply to the college. They gave me every answer I wanted to hear. When I arrived on campus and realized what they told me was false I confronted the college and they told me to deal with it. They did not care about my situation or my point of view. They told me if things did not work out I could attend the college for another year. They did not care about resolving my issues they just wanted to find ways of bringing more money into the college.
