What are some stereotypes about ASU students?

Some stereotypes about ASU is that it's a party school, anyone can get in, and the courses are really easy.

Are the stereotypes accurate?

ASU is known for being a party school, but it also is the second largest university in the
U.S so it is bound to have many college students who enjoy partying, (but what college doesn't?) As for anyone getting in, I do not know much about that, but if it is true, that is what makes Arizona State such a diverse and unique university. Depending upon your major and the classes you take determines the difficulty of the class (as is the same for most other colleges/universities). The sciences tend to be more difficult and prestigious at ASU because the school really prides itself in these areas.

ASU: The Big Picture

I love that ASU is a big campus and I also enjoy the large classes. My favorite thing about ASU would have to be the amount of school pride that is displayed. Football games were absolutely phenomenal to me seeing so many student fans dressed in gold. The spirit at the games is something I don't think can be found at any other university. All I know is that I have been waiting for this next season of football to begin! GO DEVILS!!!

ASU Academic Life

If you are involved in your class and actually participate, the professor will most likely learn your name. Some teachers try to make an effort to learn EVERYONE'S name while others really don't care. My least favorite class was Chemistry 113, but it was because I did not understand the material. I recommend getting a tutor as soon as you do not understand what is going on in class. This is what will help you pass.

ASU's Student Body

I think the campus is socially diverse. There are students from various countries as well as economic classes. Everyone and Anyone fits in.

ASU Student Activities + Social Life

Football games are by far the most popular athletic event to go to. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

In Closing ...

The heat in the summer and fall.

What's the best thing about ASU?
