Becker College is a small school with a long history. Though its Leicester and Worcester campuses were combined in the 1970s, Becker's first campus opened as an academy back in 1784. Today, with fewer than 2,000 students, Becker College has a cozy campus devoted entirely to the undergraduate experience. The small student body enables professors to focus on teaching: the faculty-student ratio is 18-to-one. And Becker offers not only bachelor degree programs, but also two-year associate degree programs. Besides its academic offerings, Becker has a number of athletic options.
