Lewis & Clark: The Big Picture

LC is a great small school. I find it hard to go anywhere without seeing my friends. Its a great close-knit community filled with friendly people. You'll never ever feel lost in the crowd. You get to call your professors by their first name and they treat you as an adult.

Lewis & Clark Academic Life

Lots of work, but lots of fun. Its not brutally hard, but don't expect to breeze through your classes.

Lewis & Clark's Student Body

Everyone mixes and mingles. Most people have their set group of friends, but have no problem meeting new people and expanding their social horizons. Everyone's fairly accepting, and we have our share of eccentrics.

Lewis & Clark Student Activities + Social Life

The dorm scene is very hit or miss. You may have a hall that's like a family, or a hall of people who just happen to live in the same building. You will find social networks wherever you look for them. Sometimes you have to make the first step and be social. Nobody will reject you for being nice.

Lewis & Clark Naked Truth

The cafeteria is hit or miss. Some days I think I'm at a restaurant, and some days I think I'm at summer camp. They have a good vegetarian selection and a hand full of food options that you can count on as a fall-back if you don't like the feature items being served.

In Closing ...

What's the worst thing about Lewis & Clark?
Nothing

What's the best thing about Lewis & Clark?
No Fraternities/Sororitys or other exclusive social scenes. Everyone is friendly and approachable
