What are some stereotypes about Mt. Holyoke students?

I dont think there are any but if I had to point one out it would probably be that everyone thinks Mount Holyoke women are stuck up.

Are the stereotypes accurate?

Not at all. People are friendly, helpful, engaging, active, and wonderful

Mt. Holyoke: The Big Picture

Best thing: Warm environment with a lot of love
I'd change: Give singles to firsties too
Too large, too small, just right: Just right
React to Mt. Holyoke: Are you gay?
Spend most of my time in: My room
What college town: South Hadley
Administration: We don't hear much about them or from them after you get in......
Biggest recent controversy: Some girl was raped when she was walking back from the parking lot real late at night which led to a lot of questioning about mt holyokes security
School pride: Yes, when it comes to against Smith college, otherwise its ok
Unusual: We are all very awkward and we talk about our awkwardness
One experience to remember: Drag Ball when girls run around naked....wonderful
Student complaints: Not enough parties

Mt. Holyoke Academic Life

Professors are great but too much work load, no time to do anything else or relax, not even during weekends. Mt. Holyoke puts a lot of pressure on its students.

Mt. Holyoke's Student Body

Mt. Holyoke has a HUGE and diverse student body. If you're white then you almost feel like a minority at times. I was at Dartmouth one time and I was amazed at the number of white kids there which shows how many international kids mount holyoke has, its just awesome......

Mt. Holyoke Student Activities + Social Life

The debate society is popular , the rugby team has a lot of social life, the crew team is like a little cult, varsity sports are popular....

off campus we have the 5 colleges that we can go to which is a lot of fun.......love UMASS and Amherst parties

In Closing ...

What's the worst thing about Mt. Holyoke?
Too much pressure to achieve everything in life
