I love Georgetown, plain and simple. I live in the best city in the world: Washington, D.C. There is no better place to spend college. I knew that I wanted a university with a big city, but a small-town feel, and that is exactly what I got. Georgetown's undergraduate population is approximately 8,000 students. I could not imagine attending a large, public school or a smaller college. For me, Georgetown strikes just the right balance. I might run into three or four friends on the way to class,...

I love the enormous amount of resources we have for research, it's one of the most important things in a school imo. There isn't really anything I would change, Northeastern has a great mixture of freedom and structure. It's just the right size; you don't get overwhelmed but you don't have to see someone you don't like if you don't want to. People are generally very impressed when I tell them I go to Northeastern, which is funny because I am pretty sure a few years ago most of them didn't know...

The best thing I like about this school is the easy commuting factor for many students. I would try to change student involvement, or add a way to encourage students to get more involved. The school is the right size in my opinion. Over 30,000 is a lot, but if you have lived in Southern California most of your life, you are used to it. I spend most of my time in Juniper hall, the business building on campus since Accounting is my major. There is not much school pride, but there are ways to...

The opportunities at NYU are endless. So many resources. Great internship opportunities, awesome professors, and you're surrounded by dedicated and motivated students. One thing I'd change is the cost. Tuition is way to high. Regarding size, I don't that NYU is a large private university. You're in the city so you don't really think about it all too much. When I tell people I go to NYU, specifically Tisch, they are always impressed and typically say, "Damnnn that's awesome." I spend most of my...

If you're looking for a good transitioning school after high school whether it's because of grades or because of financial reasons, it's a pretty good school. It isn't really a "college town" area, but there are plenty of little areas to hang out, shop, or get something to eat. Parking can be a bit much to be honest, but it depends on the time of day. I personally wouldn't change my school for the world, and even though I'm transferring soon, I've truly enjoyed my time here.

The best thing about CCA is that the teachers are all working artists. Many of them are well known, they really know what they are talking about. It is also great to be surrounded by students that have the same interests as myself. We feel off of each others energy. It is also a great place to make connections for the future. If I could change something about CCA, it would be its lack of activities and community out of the class room. Although there are student gallery shows weekly and...

The school has really great location. If you are really into the California beach scene, it's definitely a superior choice. However, the school is overall a bubble and there are not much to explore in the school neighborhood or San Diego as a whole.

My opinion may be skewed because through my time here, I've discovered that Hendrix really isn't that great of a fit for me (alas, it's too late for me to transfer, as I'll be a senior next year - thank goodness for study abroad!). For one, it's WAY too small. The student body numbers around 1200-1300 and everyone is at least acquainted with everyone. You are literally never alone. If that's your cup of tea, then great, but it isn't mine - I value solitude and I don't like feeling like everyone...
