St. Joe's: The Big Picture
The size of SJU is just right for me, it is not too big that you don't know anyone in your classes but it is also not too small so you have many opportunities to meet new people and make new friends. When i am on campus my favorite place to be would be campion student center, I love sitting at the Alpha Phi table in the cafeteria with all of my sisters and being able to see so many of my friends in one place.
St. Joe's Academic Life
Here at SJU, the professors actually get to know who you are. If you are having trouble in a class they are more than willing to help you and get you where you need to be. Class participation is very common, in most classes people are not afraid to speak their mind and speaking out is encouraged.
St. Joe's Student Body
The student body here at SJU is not that diverse, when you look around campion at the tables during free period you will see each sorority and fraternity at their particular table, the service kids sit together, we all get along with one another but stick mainly to our own tables and areas.
St. Joe's Student Activities + Social Life
The most well known people on campus I would say are those in the sororitys and fraternitys that may be my bias however because I am involved in greek life. The redshirts are a large presence on campus as well. In my dorms we all socialized with one another, we would leave our door open so we could talk with one another. I met my closest friends by joining my sorority Alpha Phi.
