The Jean and Albert Nerken Scholarship

This award is for Jewish undergraduate or graduate students attending an institute of higher learning approved by UJA-Federation. Applicants must be international students with no U.S. citizenship. Kaplan Leadership Program

This award is available for U.S. students in the New York area who are members of an underserved or underrepresented population and enrolled in or planning to enroll in an associate’s degree program with the intention of transferring to a bachelor’s program immediately upon completion of associate’s degree. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, enroll full time, and receive federal or state financial aid.

Milton Fisher Scholarship for Innovation and Creativity

U.S. high school juniors and seniors and college freshmen who are either residents of Connecticut or New York City or enrolled or planning to enroll in a Connecticut or New York City institution are eligible for this award. Students must have come up with creative solutions to problems faced by their schools, communities, or families, or who have solved artistic, scientific or technical problems in distinctive ways.

Beinecke Scholarship Program

This award is available for U.S. college juniors who are planning to pursue a master’s or doctoral degree in the arts, humanities or the social sciences and must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Students must currently attend and be nominated by one of the participating colleges or universities.

UJA- Federation of New York Rose Biller Scholarship Program

This award is for Jewish students living in and studying in the New York metropolitan area. Applicants must demonstrate significant financial need. This program provides approximately $1 million to students in financial need each year. Click here to learn more and apply today!
