Carol Bond Fund Community College Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. students who are pursuing a degree in environmental sciences or environmental education at a community college in North Carolina during the upcoming academic year. Students must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher.

Golden LEAF Scholars Program – Two-Year Colleges

This scholarship is open to students who plan to attend or are currently attending a participating North Carolina community college and reside in a qualifying North Carolina county. Students must demonstrate financial need.

Pfafftown Jaycees/Lynn Canada Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is open to residents of Forsyth County, NC, who are pursuing a first-time associate’s degree in nursing at Forsyth Technical Community College. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher.

Orthopaedic Specialists of the Carolinas Nursing Scholarship

This scholarship is open to residents of Forsyth County, NC, who have been accepted into the nursing program at Forsyth Technical Community College or Winston-Salem State University. Students must demonstrate financial need, and must have a grade point average of 2.6 or higher if currently enrolled in college or 3.0 or higher if a high school senior.

Assistance League of the Triangle Area Scholarshp – Technical School Students

This scholarship is open to students who reside in the Triangle Area of North Carolina (Durham, Orange, and Wake counties) and plan to attend a North Carolina technical institution. Financial need will be considered in the selection process.

North Carolina Community College Grant Program

This award is for North Carolina students who are enrolled at North Carolina community colleges. The student must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA.

GlaxoSmithKline Opportunity Scholarship

This scholarship is available for undergraduate and graduate students who have been residents of Durham, Orange, or Wake counties in North Carolina for one year or more. Students must demonstrate the potential to succeed despite adversity and have an exceptional desire to improve themselves through further education or training.
