UNCF/Koch Undergraduate Scholars Program

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors who plan to major in accounting, business, economics, engineering, history, philosophy, or political science at a UNCF member institution. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

Brian & Cathy Smith Memorial Fund Scholarship

This scholarship is open to music therapy interns pursuing training in chemical dependency or in adolescent programs. Students must be members of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) in both the year in which application is made and the year in which the award is granted, and must attend an AMTA-approved institution.

Edwina Eustis Dick Scholarship for Music Interns

This scholarship is for students who are currently doing a music therapy internship. Students must be members of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA) in both the year in which application is made and the year in which the award is granted, and must attend an AMTA-approved institution.

E. Thayer Gaston Research Competition

This research competition is open to undergraduate students studying music therapy at an institution approved by the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Students must be members in good standing of the AMTA both at the time of application and the time of award.

NJ Student Tuition Assistance Reward Scholarship (STARS) II

This scholarship is available for New Jersey STARS recipients who plan to transfer from a New Jersey county college to a New Jersey four-year public college or university. Students must have a grade point average of 3.25 or higher and a family income of $250,000 or less.

New Jersey Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Scholarship (LEOMS)

This scholarship is available to dependent children of New Jersey law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate course of study at an approved New Jersey college or university.

NJ Governor’s Urban Scholarship Program

This scholarship is available for New Jersey high school seniors who reside in designated high-need communities and plan to attend an eligible New Jersey institution. Students must rank in the top 5 percent of their high school class and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher; students must also demonstrate financial need as calculated by HESAA.

NFMC/Irma Carey Wilson Music Therapy Award

This award is available for currently enrolled U.S. college sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students. Students must be pursuing a degree in music therapy or interning for music therapy, and must attend a school accredited by the American Music Therapy Association.

NFMC Ruth B. Robertson Music Therapy Award

This award is for U.S. college junior and senior students only. Students must attend an accredited school approved by the American Music Therapy Association.

NFMC Dorothy Dann Bullock Music Therapy Award

U.S. college sophomores, juniors, and seniors students majoring in music therapy are eligible for this award. Students must be attending a school accredited by the American Music Therapy Association.
