Stephen T. Kugle Scholarship

U.S. college sophomores or juniors currently enrolled in a public college or university in one of the states in ASME District E (Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming) are eligible for this award. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and major in mechanical engineering.

Louisiana GO Grant

This award is available to Louisiana resident high school students who are planning to attend an approved postsecondary institution in Louisiana. The student must demonstrate financial need greater than $0 after deducting the student’s Expected Family Contribution and Federal Pell Grant Award from the Cost of Attendance.

Louisiana TOPS Tech Early Start Program

This award is for Louisiana resident high school students who are currently in 11th or 12th grade. The student must be concurrently enroll at a Lousiana public college in a vocational course of study leading to an industry-based certification in an eligible demand Occupation.

Greater Baton Rouge Chapter – Don Jones Excellence in Safety Scholarship

This award is for college juniors who are pursuing a degree in occupational safety and health, or a closely related field. The applicant must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Priority will be given to students attending Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana; attending any college or university within Louisiana; or attending any college or university within the southeast U.S. region (in that order).

Horatio Alger Louisiana Scholarship Program

This award is for Louisiana high school seniors planning to attend an eligible Louisiana institution. Students must demonstrate critical financial need and possess a grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

Rockefeller State Wildlife Scholarship

This scholarship is available for Louisiana students who are pursuing a major in forestry, wildlife, or marine science at a Louisiana public college or university. Students must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher (or 3.0 or higher if a graduate student).
