Peter Lyman Memorial/SAGE Scholarship in New Media

This scholarship is open to U.S. and Canadian citizens/permanent residents who pursue a master’s degree in library science with a specialty in new media. The student must attend an ALA-accredited institution.

Legg Mason College Scholarship at Baltimore Community Foundation

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Baltimore, Maryland who have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and unmet financial need. Applicants must submit an essay describing his/her career and professional aspirations.

UNCF-Northrop Grumman Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are African American and majoring in select STEM fields at select institutions. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate unmet financial need.

Maryland Tuition Reduction for Non-Resident Nursing Students

This award is available to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled in a nursing program at an eligible public college in Maryland. Students must not be a resident of Maryland and must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours per semester.

Maryland Graduate and Professional Scholarship Program

This award is available to Maryland graduate students who are planning to enroll in a graduate or professional program of study in dentistry, law, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, social work or veterinary medicine. Students must attend an eligible Maryland institutions.
