Out for Education Scholarship This scholarship is available for Houston-area residents who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender. Applicants must have a grade point average of 2.75 or higher and demonstrate unmet financial need.
Texas Blind/Deaf Student Exemption Program This award is available to Texas resident students who are blind and/or deaf who attend public colleges or universities in the state of Texas. The student must provide certification from the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services of status as a blind person or a deaf person.
Texas Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG) This award is for U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are Texas residents or are non-Texas residents but are recognized as a National Merit Finalists. Students must be enrolled at least 3/4 time at an eligible private, non-profit colleges or universities in Texas for, and must demonstrate financial need.
Texas Good Neighbor Scholarship Program This award is available for international students who are citizens of a nation in the western hemisphere other than Cuba and the United States. Applicants must plan to attend a public Texas college or university.
