Albert R. Ochoa Scholarship

The Albert R. Ochoa Scholarship is available for graduating high school seniors in the Austin Independent School District who have an interest in tennis or art.

Annual Create-A-Greeting-Card Scholarship

This annual scholarship is available for U.S. students who are 14 years or older. To enter, students must create an original design for a greeting card. The winning student’s school will also receive $1,000 for helping to promote the scholarship contest. 100 entries will be made available online for public voting.

Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship

The Helen Lansdowne Resor Scholarship is available for U.S. undergraduate women who submit three to five samples of original creative works. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of academic study remaining before completion of an undergraduate degree.

Ocean Awareness Student Contest

This scholarship contest is available for middle school and high school students in the U.S. Applicants must submit an original work of art, poetry, prose, or film that discusses a specific aspect of ocean pollution.

Teachers Make Teachers Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors and current undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in education with the intent to teach. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

MyBioSource Inc. Scholarship for “S.T.E.M.” Majors

This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are incoming or current undergraduate or graduate students. Students must intend to major in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field.

Samuel Griffin Seawell and Patsy Moore Seawell Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is open to students who are pursuing post-graduate degrees (i.e., master’s and doctoral degrees or professional artist certificates) in a music- or arts-related discipline at a Piedmont Triad area (NC) institution. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate financial need.
