African-American Journalism Scholarship The African-American Journalism Scholarship will be awarded to a Black student at any education level who plans on (or already is) pursuing a career in journalism and shows both impact and drive.
The ESPN Scholarship The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) is partnering with ESPN to help pave the way for Black women in the sports media industry. One undergraduate and one graduate female African American student will each receive a $3,750 educational scholarship.

The Jack Abramoff Family Scholarship The Jack Abramoff Family Scholarship program is providing a one-time $1,000.00 scholarship to any student who is currently attending or has plans to attend an accredited US college or university. The eligible programs are listed: Business, Healthcare & Medicine, Social Sciences, Psychology, Biology & Biomedical Sciences, Engineering, Data Analytics, Education & Teaching, IT & Computer Science, and Liberal Arts & Communication.

Walt Disney Company UNCF Corporate Scholars Program The goals of The Walt Disney Company UNCF Corporate Scholars Program are to help create a diverse pipeline of college educated professionals ready to assume fulfilling off-camera careers in entertainment and to help raise the number of underrepresented minorities employed in the entertainment industry.
Ford Empowering America Scholarship The “Empowering America” Scholarship program consists of one $3,000 scholarship for a winning student and one $2,000 scholarship for a student selected as runner-up, made payable directly to each student’s educational institute. The winner will create two profiles/interview pieces for the AWM website.
Ford Emerging Voices Scholarships Two promising female undergraduate or graduate student applicants are wanted to provide future journalistic content for AWM. The “Emerging Voices” Scholarship program consists of two scholarships. The winner will receive $3,000 and the runner-up will receive $1,000, made payable directly to each student’s educational institute.
Loreen Arbus Foundation & AWMF Scholarship This journalist scholarship program consists of one $2,500 scholarship, made payable directly to the winning student’s educational institute. Female undergraduate and graduate students studying media, journalism, English, communications and related fields enrolled in school are eligible. The deadline is to be announced.
