The Philip M. Dowd Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors from a high school in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, Shasta, Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, or Butte Counties. Applicants must plan to major in public affairs, public administration, political science, or another field related to government.

Kalous Opportunity Scholarship

This scholarship is available for high school seniors in Lynn County, Iowa who demonstrate academic achievement and financial need. Preference is given to students majoring in government, political science, engineering, or music, and students who are attending a college or university in Iowa.

AfterCollege Business Student Scholarship

The AfterCollege Business scholarship is available to U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in a field of business. Business may include (but is not limited to): Accounting, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, International Relations, Management, Political Science, Public Relations, etc.

Political Leadership Scholarship

This award is available for U.S. students who are majoring in law, political science, public policy or public administration with the goal of improving rights for LGBT people. Applicant must be a resident of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington state.

Vermont DAR Good Citizenship Scholarship

This scholarship is available for Vermont high school seniors who are seeking a degree in the social sciences. Students must demonstrate academic achievement and financial need.

Henry A. Zuberano Scholarship

This scholarship is available for Hawaii undergraduate students who are majoring in political science, international relations, international business or public administration. Students must have a grade point average of 2.7 or higher.

$1,000 Criminal Justice Trailblazer Scholarship

All recently accepted undergraduate students must provide proof of being accepted into a qualifying program, along with proof of having a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 if enrolling in an associate’s or four-year bachelor’s; or in their associate’s program if transferring in credits to begin a bachelor’s.
