USAC: Kody Bressman Memorial Scholarship (San Sebastián, Spain) This scholarship was created in honor of the memory of former University of Nevada Alumni Kody Bressman. Spain Degree-seeking students participating in USAC’s San Sebastián program with a minimum GPA of 2.75 are eligible. Multiple awards ranging from $500-$2,500 will be awarded each semester.
USAC: Félix Menchacatorre Memorial Scholarship (San Sebastián or Bilbao, Spain) $500 scholarships are available each semester to degree-seeking students with a minimum 2.75 GPA, attending the San Sebastián or Bilbao program, and preference is given to yearlong students. University of Nevada, Reno students must also have completed their MyNevada General Scholarship Application by February 1 to be eligible.
Rover College Scholarship This scholarship is open to U.S. high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. Students must submit an essay on the current year’s topic.
‘Signal Grace’ Scholarship Essay Contest This essay contest is open to U.S. high school and college students who submit an essay on the book “Signal Grace” by T.M. Yates. Students must attend a U.S. institution, except for students residing in or attending school in Rhode Island.
AH&LEF Annual Scholarship Grant Program This scholarship program is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled full time in a hospitality management degree-granting program. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (with the exception of the Conrad Hilton Fund, which accepts students with grade point averages of 2.0 or higher).
Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program Applicants must be entering college in the Fall of 2021 as a Freshman at an accredited four-year institution for an undergraduate degree; Applicants must also be currently involved in high school sports, intramural sports, or community based sports and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
TFMJF Advancement of Women in Sports & Entertainment Scholarship Current undergraduate women in Nevada are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Applicants must be majoring in public relations, communication, media studies, marketing or journalism and must be planning to pursue a career in sports or sports broadcasting.
William Bennett, W7PHO, Memorial Scholarship The William Bennett, W7PHO, Memorial Scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs (general class or higher) and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Students must reside in the areas covered by the ARRL Northwest, Pacific, or Southwest divisions.
Steven G. King Play Environments Scholarship This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are in their final two years of undergraduate study or are in graduate programs at a LAAB-accredited institution. Students must be studying landscape architecture with a demonstrated interest and aptitude in the design of play environments.
