The Timothy Bigelow and Palmer W. Bigelow, Jr. Scholarship was created in 1988 by the Palmer W. Vermont Lakes and Ponds Scholarship

This scholarship is open to Vermont undergraduate and graduate students who are seeking a degree in environmental studies; preference is given to students seeking a degree in an aquatic environmental studies field, such as watershed management, water resources education, and/or limnology.
