Carolyn M. Harris HBCU Scholarship Award

The HBCU Council of Shiloh Baptist Church offers the Carolyn M. Harris HBCU Scholarship Award of $1,000 to an incoming freshman at an HBCU with a minimum GPA of 2.5 who is a member of a musical group or (music) education major.

Kristine Williamson Memorial Endowment Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. and international undergraduate and graduate students who reside and attend college/university in Virginia. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

AIST Southeast Member Chapter Gene Suave Scholarship

This scholarship is available for U.S. high school seniors and undergraduate students in the AIST Southeastern Chapter (Southern Virginia, Eastern Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida) who are planning to major in engineering and pursue a career in iron and steel technology. Applicants must be AIST members or dependents of AIST members.

Hershey Company Tribal Scholarship – Non-Tribal College Students

This scholarship is open to U.S. undergraduate students of American Indian or Alaskan Native descent who have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and are majoring in math, technology, science, engineering and/or business. Priority is given to students who are studying in or residents of Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.

AH&LEF Annual Scholarship Grant Program

This scholarship program is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled full time in a hospitality management degree-granting program. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (with the exception of the Conrad Hilton Fund, which accepts students with grade point averages of 2.0 or higher).

SREB Doctoral Scholarship for Virginia Residents

This award is available for U.S. minority students who are currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program and planning to pursue a career as a professor. Applicants must be residents of Virginia and must enroll at one of the following eligible institutions: College of William and Mary, George Mason University, Old Dominion University, University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

SWE Baltimore-Washington Section – Freshman Scholarship

This scholarship is open to U.S. female incoming and current college freshmen who are majoring in engineering or computer science and have grade point averages of 3.5 or higher. Students must reside in the following zip code areas: District of Columbia, 200 or 202-205; Maryland, 206-212, 214, 216-217; Virginia, 201, 220-223.
