CARiD Scholarship

Carid makes auto accessories, parts, tools and more. They also support higher education by offering two scholarships of $1,000 each. To enter, eligible students must submit a winning photo that is creative, inspiring, thought provoking and relates to the auto industry.

Doodle for Google

Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry

High school seniors and older students interested in writing poetry are eligible to apply for this award. To enter, students must submit one poem or series of poems that total three to ten pages in length. Two winners will be selected to win a first prize- $2,000 and a publication and second prize- $1,000 and a publication.
