The type of person that should attend this school is someone who is ready to learn, who is determined to strive for their career goals, who is dedicated to their study, who is willing to overcome obstacles (like that of paying for school), who will attend class, and lastly someone who will not give up and drop out.

The type of person that should attend the Downtown Campus at ASU is an outgoing, proactive student. Since the campus here is smaller, and doesn't give that big university feel, the student needs to be confident in themselves, and take responsibility to get involved. A student willing to work for their opportunities belongs here. The type of student who would fit in best here would be one who is more accustomed to living with goals and expectations for themselves.

It should be a nice, confident, and an honest person. Someone who has the desire and passion to go to school and get a degree.

Anyone is fully capable to attend college. Every individual is smart in their own unique way. I personally know peers who degrade themselves and call themselves, "dumb." I disagree. Every person is smart and simply needs to apply themselves. Sure you may come across someone who understands things better than you, but little do you know; the other person may be in the same situation. Every person has their own strengths and weaknesses. If a person has the desire to better themselves in life and is open to new experiences, college is for you.

A vital person who loves 365 days of sunshine should attend Arizona State because the sun never seems to set with the lights of the city burning at night for the lively night crowd.

I do not really think there is a 'type' of person that is drawn to ASU. I think that the diversity of programs and extra curricular activities draws a lot of different people for many different reasons.

If you are looking to attend Arizona State University, Downtown Phoenix Campus, you should be highly motivated and goal-orientated. The Downtown Campus is in the "business district" of the city, near the high-rise corporations. The students attending that campus all know where they want to go in life, and the classes are very competitive. Students dress nicely and take school very seriously, which is a good aspect of a campus. It isn't your normal "college life" campus.

The downtown ASU campus is mainly for nursing/health and journalism students. I find that since this campus is specific to those majors, it would be best to attend the downtown campus only if your interests coincide with those studies. The classes are difficult, so if you want to do well, you need to be aware of the challenges you will face. I would say that anyone can attend this school as long as he/she is willing to work hard.

The type of person that should attend this school is a dedicated student. Someone that would attend ASU without any dedication to their degree will more than likely fail in the process.
