To have the best success at Arizona State University, one quality that someone applying should have would to be out-going. If you are not out-going and open for new experiences it is very easy to get lost in the mass of students and lose the chance to meet new people. Also, the person must be driven. With so many students attending the University and so little job openings these days, if one doesn't have the drive to do well and succeed they will miss out of life changing opportunities.

Nicole

While the atmosphere is relaxed, there are many things going on all at the same time that make ASU unique and alluring to adventurous people.

ASU is very ethnically, religiously, socially, and racially diverse so it would be impossible to say what one type of person should attend. The type of person who has alot of patience should attend this school. Not only does the school president, faculty and adminstrators outright lie to students, they try to cover it up. One minute they promise to make school costs affordable and maintain them at current levels, the next they say a maximum 5{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} increase in costs. After about a month of that they comeback and say ADDITIONALLY students must pay $500/semester for this fee, and $400 for that fee. Total school costs are around 35-40{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} MORE than the previous semester. Its wrong politcally and ethically.
