Arizona State University-West Top Questions

What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Maryam

There is not much frustrating about Arizona State University. I believe it is a great school, runned by great faculty and staff. They truly care about the student's academic success. One thing that is a bit frustrating is the tuition cost and textbook cost. The cost is way too high for students. Another would be the amount of prerequisite. For example, I am a pre-professional health sciences major, instead of taking statistics I could be taking a course related to health which would help me prepare for the MCATs and be able to get into Medical School.

Tarryn

The most frustrating thing about this school is how some of the professors are quite unprofessional. A couple of the lab professors do not dress appropriately and text during our lesson.

Kimberly

The time it takes to get grades posted.

Lara

Sometimes it is really hard to get the right information. You have to talk to a million different people to get a simple yes or no.

Christina

Tuition and fees have been raised each and every one of the four years I have attended this school.

Kelsee

The most frustrating thing about my school was the commute back and forth from where I was living. The only other frustrating thing about ASU West was the selected few professors that were not very understanding and did not seem like they truly cared about their students success or lack of success in their class.

Taylor-Brooke

I think the most frustrating thing about my school is that since its a university at different campuses the class options are a little limirted so you may have to travel to a different campus, which is completely acceptable, to take a class you really want to take.
