Greek!, football
Naturally, going Greek is a big deal around campus. However, there are active religious groups, foreign language clubs, and my favorite, The Sound of the Natural State Marching Band.
Something like 80{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the Student Government Association and Student Activities Board are greek. I am greek it was one of the best choices I made. I have lots of friends in the music department that arent greek thou. The music department is kinda of like its own fraternity/sorority in a way thou. Anyways if you want to be a leader on campus go greek.
When I first came to ASU I mostly hung out with friends from high school, but they changed, flunked out, so I have made many new friends from all around the country, and world (lots of international students).
Greek Life is really big on the ASU Campus, but I know many people who aren't greek and still fit in with many friends. I met my closest friends through becoming greek, and I would suggest it to anyone. There are tons of clubs and groups, just choose what you like to do and there will be other people who want to do it too. The Student Activities Board plans lots of events for students to participate. There are also plenty of intramural sports. The Fraternity houses have great, under control parties.
