The most frustating thing about my University must have to be the fact that we are almost never advised to anticipate a snowday. the most anticipated factor of the winter season for any student at any age or stage in the eduaction is to obtain as many snowdays as possible; however, Bentley University is a proud owner of a heated stair unit where the main stairs to the main eduactional building are steamed dry, so no ice or snow may accumilate over a period of time. Thus, a very small chance that we the students may actually obtain a snowday.
We do not have very many classes that are dedicated to the arts. So we cannot take any art classes, you can't really learn how to play any intrusments, and just the fun classes other universities offer are not offered at Bentley. Bentley is very strict with their curriculum and you spend all yoru time taking business courses and trying to finish all of yoru gen eds. Also you have to take 5 classes each semester to graduate on time.
Over crowded, not accessable to stores, food markets etc without a car
Lack of arts-based activities and electives.
The curriculum was never challenging for me. I went to Bentley University because they offered me a full scholarship, and I was able to maintain straight A's without even trying. I never did any of the readings for my classes and barely paid attention in class and was still able to ace all of my exams. Students here are native speakers of English and can't form a complete sentence. The school keeps saying that it is raising its standards, but I have yet to be in a class that has challenged me.
The most frustrating thing about my school is the campus is verticle and has a lot of stairs. Also, because it's a business school there are a lot of people who think the same way and act the same way. There is much diversity culturally on campus, just not mentally.
A serious lack of substance
