I don't suppose my classmates are much different than ones you'd find in any classroom situation, with most of them quite average (although they are fairly diverse.)
Administration is too big. There are too many people who are in high administrative roles, not allowing for real decisions to be made in a timely manner, and frustrating for students to sift through the hierarchy to get problems resolved.
