I LIKE BOSSIER PARISH COMMUNITY COLLEGE. I'VE BEEN HERE TWO YEARS AND HAVE ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE GREAT AND IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO GET YOUR CORE CLASSES OUT OF THE WAY. THE INSTRUCTORS HAVE OFFICE HOURS AND IF YOU EVER NEED TO SPEAK WITH THEM THEY ARE AVAILABLE. IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AND IT IS A VERY SAFE CAMPUS.
While in high school I struggled to find out what to do next. I wanted to have as less debt as possible. While weighing out the options BPCC screamed cheap, convenient, and a easy way to test the waters of college. Here I met a plethora of friends, great teachers, and I learned valuable lessons that I will use for the rest of my life.
I feel like BPCC is a really good school for students wanting to save money and get a quality education. As a student who plans to transfer, I appreciate the opportunity to get an education at an institution that is close to home and more affordable than a 4- Year university.
The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Bossier Parish Community College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.
I would be more committed to studying and making sure that I make good grades in my classes. I would not put off today for tomorrow. I would make sure that I have the books that I need to do my homework and I would never miss a day from class. Trying to get a college education at age 50 didn?t not come easy, I had to get back in the swing of surrounding my study around my work hours. Getting your education at a younger age is very important because you will still have the knowledge of what you have learnt in high school. Taking math classes did not come easy for me because things have change over the pass thirty years. Instead of going out partying or sitting in the lobby playing cards, I would be more into my books making sure I am prepared for the test that I might have the following day. When I look back over my college transcript, I am very embarrassed to see some of the bad grades that are on my transcript. I had no idea that my pass would be my future, that why I am working hard now.
the thing that is so unique about my school. Is it is more like a family and the staff is their for the students. In the teacher is alway ready to help when ever or where ever a student need help. Students even enjoy going to classes because of the help of the staff and adimission.
The best thing about BPCC is that all the staff is so helpful, they all are willing to go the extra mile to help you. I was very skeptical about attending BPCC because I thought that they wouldn?t be helpful. The staff wants their students to succeed and the Dean of the program that I was enrolled in checked on me to make sure I that everything was going okay with me in my classes. One of my professor also email me and asked me how I was doing when I let him know I was in the hospital.
I have nothing bad to say about BPCC, I will also praise this school.
I think this school is open to everyone!
If there was one thing that could describe the classmates of mine is well organize.
If you like activities and sports this is the community college for you.
