I don't drink. Will it be hard for me to go to parties?

I don't think so. I have a few friends who go to parties and don't drink and they have no problem. Personally, I've never really been into the whole party scene, and I don't feel that I've missed much. For me, it's not fun to be at a party where everyone is trying to get drunk. People throw up, black out, and act stupidly. It can be a recipe for disaster - I've had friends rushed to the hospital, and others who were assaulted, or date raped. Not all of these friends are from BU, but just seeing all of this, and having a group of friends to hang out with who don't party, I've never felt the need to party, and it's never been a problem of mine. If it does become a problem, it's easy enough to find another group of people who won't pressure you into something and who truly are your friends.
