The most frustrating thing would have to be registering for classes, especially core classes. The core classes always have the least amount of classes available so by the time you get to register, most of them are full and you end up with the one you did not want. Also it goes by grade level, which honestly is not fair because the upper classmen can easily take classes the underclassmen need to have taken by say the end of their sophomore year and now they cant because of the upper classmen taking the slots.
