The programs are nationally ranked, and the learning environment is probably among the best in the nation. Nearly everyone is focused and motivated to do well. People who do well here are very likely to get into whatever graduate program or transfer school they want.

There are people here from all over the world, most of whom are the same religion as me, and it is wonderful to be able to associate with so many people who share my same values but are so diverse! The mountains are also so gorgeous! :-) We have also been declaired "stone cold sober," and our #1 campus beverage is chocolate milk.

I usually tell them that Brigham Young is a very clean school that is cost effective.

Just that I'm here

The greatest thing about Brigham Young University is the way our religion is part of our every day lives. All sports and fine arts events, and many of our classes open with prayer. Church leaders are frequently seen on our campus. When I am at school, I am receiving a secular eduaction hand in hand with a spiritual one. I love being around students that share the same values and support me in how I feel and act.

I brag most about the amazing academic quality of my school for the low cost!

Because no one drinks the overall atmosphere is different and people are much more creative with their fun so there is always something interesting and different to do. We are able to maintain focus on more important things and life decisions without the distractions of mind-altering, habit-forming, judgement-impairing substances. What I really like about that though is it's everyone's individualchoice not to drink or do drugs-so since it's personal there is generally no negative attitude toward people who do. everyone is accepting and able to be friends with people of all different lifestyles.

I actually got in, and graduated with a 3.5!

Number one stone-cold sober school. That we have a major like Recreation Management and You th Leadership. All of the studies abroad that we can do and that we do all of it through a church supported system. The best education for the least amount of money.

The thing that I brag about the most is the wonderful education I am getting. In such a great atmosphere with wonderful people who share the same values as me, it is easy to grow and learn new and exciting things within the context of my life. This allows learning to be more meaningful for me.

Our football team isn't as bad as theirs.

I talk about how convenient everything is on campus and how stimulating the study courses are. Even though they are difficult at times, at the end of the semester, the student truly feels as if they have learned something!

The teachers are awesome

I brag about my awesome major (International Relations), my awesome job at the campus bookstore, and the awesome club of which I am vice president.

I don't usually brag about my school because there are many schools that have good attributes. Nevertheless, when I choose to say good things about Brigham Young University, I usually mention the fact that our library is one of the top libraries in the nation.

I don't have to worry about lowering my standards to please others. It's a great school.

The different highly-regarded programs at the school, and the difficulty in being accepted to the school and into those programs, such as the highly successful business program, the renowned music program, and more. Also, just for fun, I at times brag about the pop recognition this school has received, such as the stone cold sober campus of America. Also it has been regarded as the second-hottest campus in America. On a more serious note it actually is a well-respected university in the professional world in many fields.

I tell people that classes are hard, teachers are excellent, and the education is one of the best you can receive for the price. It is cheap for me and I know i will be prepared when I graduate. The atmosphere there is one of one big community and is friendly.
