Do not jump into something even when it seem like a right thing to do or because everyone else is going for it. I wish I had waited two years after graduating from high school before attending college. I was not financially stable or have reliable transportation to match my class schedules. These factors prevented me from arriving to classes on time and not having sufficient materials for studying classwork and completing homework. Low grades and low self-esteem eventaully lead to dropping out three years later. "Prepare yourself to succeed; failure is not the end, but a complicated detour."
