What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?


Nothing everthing was dandy.


I wish more people knew about it so they wouldn't be in so much debt.


I wish I had known just how different the community was between a community college and a 4 year university. I loved living on campus and being surrounded by things to do and just the feeling of a family so to speak. In a community college its just the hustle and bustle of going to class and the rest of daily life. It feels a lot like high school in a sense. Maybe if I had started out here though I wouldn't have lost my focus and maintained a high gpa the whole time.


I wish i had learn more about to watch out for scholarships scams and online classes.


In order to go to school this time around, I had to move from Ohio to Texas. Before I started school, I wish I would have truly understood how difficult this move was going to be. The past six months has been both amazing and emotionally draining at the same time. I moved to Texas the week before school started. I wish I had given myself more time to get better acclimated with the area before the first day of school. Even though this move has been hard, I am grateful I am here.


I wish I had known the student to teacher ratio in each class.
