The atmosphere and community among students is definitely the best thing about Bryan College. Because of its small size, students get to know each other really well, and there's always a friend to sit with in the cafeteria or in chapel. Also, cliques aren't as prevelant as in high school or some other small colleges. The friendships and relationships formed among students and with professors are invaluable, and they make the college experience much more fulfilling and enjoyable.
The population of the school I attend is between 800 and 900, and this has greatly helped my first year of college. My biggest class size is made up of thirty-two students. This amount of students in one class makes the atmosphere of the classroom so much more pleasant. I am able to seek help whenever I need it, and I am able to get one-on-one time with my teachers if I really need some. I enjoy the small numbers of the school, because it helps with relationships.
What I consider to be one of the best things about being at Bryan College is the attention you get from the professors, and the sense of close community on campus. Being that Bryan is a small campus, you not only get good attention in class from the professors, but out of class as well. They truely care about your well-being and future. There are many opportunities to get involved and meet other students aside from attending sports events. There are events almost weekly. As a freshman, I immediately felt welcomed.
The best thing about Bryan College is the community. Every one is very accepting of each other, and most every one is very intersted in striking up a converstation.
I believe Bryan College is the best school because it is a small, Christian environment that is well-rounded . I love the people that work on campus and also my professors. I love the one- on- one atmosphere.
