Bryan produces quality individuals/professionals however the cost of tuition is outrageous. With the tuition being so incredible high the financial aid department could use a little more assistance because the entire department is unapproachable and quite frankly rude at times. In addition to the rude financial aid office there are a few instructors that should be evaluated and reprimanded for their unprofessional demeanor. Agnes Natalie and Michelle Summers have treated students poorly for numerous semesters and the justification is disturbing. They will break a student down to tears and then let them slide through with a barely passing grade. If this is justified by the College then maybe students should reconsider putting their money towards this program/college.
Bryan College of Health Sciences is a great college to attend if a student is looking to seriously engage in their education and exceed expectations. Programs offered include a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Studies, Health Professions Completion, Nursing, and Sonography. Bryan College of Health Sciences also offers Master of Science in Nursing as well as several doctoral programs. General education courses are related to topics in health care and challenge students to look past textbook explanations and relate it to health care in today's world. Hands on experience and clinical experience is started early in each of the programs Bryan College has to offer to ensure students feel confident in their abilities to perform tasks and skills as a health care provider. There is no on-campus housing, however Lincoln, Nebraska has many housing opportunities throughout the city. The college offers an array of organizations students can participate in that assist students with volunteering and networking. Some of the clubs offered at Bryan College of Health Sciences include Red Cross, Student Government Association, Bryan Student Nurses Association, and Heath Promotions. Class sizes are small to promote a better learning environment and to allow more learning to take place. Professors are quick to reply to emails and are often always available. Instructors learn their students' names quickly and don't forget them after they have completed their course. Although the college is small, something is to be said about the community at Bryan College of Health Sciences. Students enjoy helping each other and often reach out to support others regardless of which program they are in. Instructors and faculty of the college are very approachable and make it apparent that they want the best for their students. Bryan College of Health Sciences is truly a college with caring students and faculty looking to make great health care providers that stand out and care for their patients as if they were their own family.
Bryan College of Health Sciences offers a variety of different things. Bryan is a college where you feel comfortable to seek help with academics and the faculty knows you by a first-name basis. The academics are spectacular and there is constant push to reach your goals in your current field. The class size is small enough that you have one-on-one learning with your professors. The college has many resources such as the writing center, financial aid office, and a student help center. Overall, Bryan College of Health Sciences makes me feel like they want me to succeed with my goals.
I am so happy I chose to go to college here. I love that it is attached to a well-known hospital. I love how small the class sizes are and the professors are phenomenal. You really get the opportunity to get to know your classmates. The professors are available most of the time when I have questions.

If I could go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior, I would tell myself to relax and enjoy the wonders of learning. Learning can open many doors for my future. I say this because I have recently realized that it is okay to want to experience many different jobs in my future. I do not want to limit myself to one way of life. There are plenty of opportunities out there for me to enjoy. I love trying new things. Which brings me to the next thing that I would tell myself, which is to have more confidence in life so that if I want something I go get it, rather than thinking of all the reasons that I should hold back and not pursure something that could change my life dramatically. Life is about learning. Learning helps me to be the best that I can be. If I would have told myself these things my senior year, I would already be more successful today. But I do not fear the fact that I have just recently realized this, I take it as an even bigger challenge in life that I will definitely overcome.

Bryan LGH College of Health Sciences is best known for nursing. It is then number one nursing school in Lincoln and that is why I decided to attend. Last year it had a 100{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} job placement and a 99{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} pass rate of the NCLEX.
My classmates are hard working, smart, and caring individuals passionate about becoming nurses.
The teachers have a great understanding and knowledge of the courses they are teaching. The school provides a lot of services to make sure that all students feel comfortable but also provide help if needed. The atmosphere is light and fun and you can tell that everyone enjoys to be in the school. This is one of the best colleges I have attended, which I have attended 3, and because of the teachers and the atmosphere this is the school that I want to get a degree in and will be very proud of myself when I receive it.
The best thing about my school is that you know there is always help around the corner. There are programs for any student to get a tutor for any class. There are teachers that all you have to do is ask a questions and they are more than willing to help you with anything you need. And your fellow students are willing to help each other because you're all in this together. Most of the students at this college there for nursing so you have many individuals willing to help you with school work.
You might need to change your study habits that you used in high school. The material difficulty is different and the teaching styles are different. The habits you used in high school may not work, and you need to be willing to adapt to all of the different teaching styles.
The most frustrating thing about Bryan would be the amount of time it takes to graduate. What I mean is, I can't wait to be working as a nurse and helping others. I know that it takes time to become the nurse that I want to be, but it can be frustrating having to wait 4 more years to do that.
