Bryn Mawr is not a place for sweatsuits, but only because those lack individuality. The spectrum of clothing ranges from crazy Hot-Topic get-ups (a little embarrassing to see, I'll admit) to sweaters/jeans to vintage dresses. I feel comfortable experimenting with my clothing on campus, as I'm a pretty quirky dresser. My friend who recently graduated said she felt pressured to buy "normal clothing" to wear to her graduate classes, as her typical 50s style dresses with embroidered owls made her stand out. That stuff just goes over well at Bryn Mawr.
