For most, it takes at least a year longer to finish their degrees when attending Cabrillo. This is primarily due to the limited classroom availability and competition to get into courses. Academic counselors also tend to give poor advise in regards to what courses to take and transferring. I personally had to add another year to my education because of inaccurate advise.
Trying to balance working around people who don't work, pay for, or care about college and people who work hard in school and in life.
The worst thing about my school is the fact that there is not a lot of social interaction. Because I go to a community college, when class is out, everyone goes home. It's very rare to ever really get to know anyone, in some classes there isn't even opportunites to talk to one another. Other than that, my school is great. My school is just a hard place to get to know people.
The worst thing about my school is the schedule of classes, there aren't enough of them.
