Get involved! The best way to stay in school is to get involved and not to go home on the weekends. Get involved with something you feel comfortable with and a group of people that interest you. You can have your dorm friends (your social life) and an education, career life. They are two very different things.

Cabrini is a small school right off the main line. It's a small, close-knit campus, where everyone knows everyone else. Our new president cares about the students and tries to partake in activities with them on a regular basis. Opportunities are endless at Cabrini; whether it's starting a club/sport you would like to see on campus or holding an event for people to be aware of a new cause. I feel that professors actually care and want you to succeed. You're known as a name and a face, not as a number.

At Cabrini, class sizes are very small with only 15 to 20 students per class. You are one-on-one time with professors and are able to get to know them beyond a professional, academic level. Professors strive for you to succeed and most will go out of their way to help you (even giving their home/cell numbers so you can call them anytime!).

There is soooo much to do both on campus and off campus. We are 5 minutes from the train station that takes you into the city. We are also just a couple of minutes from Wayne which is a cute little shopping district with your cafes and small places to eat along the way. There are many trips and study abroad options both during the semester and over breaks. There are no fraternities or sororities on Cabrini's campus. There are many campus activities both during the week and on the weekends. There is bingo a couple of times a month and they give away prizes such as digital cameras, gift cards, PS2 and ipods. There is casino night once in a while and they do take trips to different place like Broadway to see a show. A lot of the activities are free but some like the Broadway trip do come with a little price. Never too much though that students can't afford it.

One of the best things about this school is the warm, welcoming and caring environment in and out of classes. The faculty is part of the community.
Also, the school community is conducive to learning academically, socially, and professionally.

The type of person that should attend Cabrini College should want to be in a small environment with lots of trees. The person should also be friendly and respectful of their peers and professors. A person that really doesn't have any problems with transportation or money.

I tell them all of the different clubs, organizations, and classes that I am a part of because of the smaller school environment.

To an extent. We are no longer an all girls school - we are co-ed, however, there are more girls than guys. The school comes with a hefty price tag, however, we are all not rich kids. Most of us will be paying loans until we're 90 years old. Cabrini is a predominantly white campus, however, there are other races on campus as well.

I wish I had known to bring more fans my freshmen year! The dorm was so hott! I lived in the only building that didn't have air conditioning.
