Faculty giving students the run around when trying to solve simple issues
The difficulty in coursework and the amount of units for engineering.
The most frustrating thing about Cal Maritime is the inability to transfer in credits from any other institution. It is part of the CSU system, yet nothing from any other of the CSU's transfers in. I had to redo 2 years of GE's in order to catch up to where i should have been to start with. This school is structured to keep you here 4 years... no more no less.
The faculty wants to increase the size of the school, but they're going about it the wrong way.

Getting off-campus housing.
Having to wear uniforms and we have formation every mon., wens, fri., at 11:45, which you have to stand around for 10-30 minutes each time. It gets to be a big time waster.
