Where is the best place to get work done on campus?

Majid

Bayramian Hall since it has many sofa's that are normally empty along with open computers. Second best would be the Oviatt Library on one of the upper floors.

The best place to get work done on campus is the Oviatt library. The Oviatt Library has just over one million books, periodicals, DVD/CD/media entertainment, computer software, and other more! The Oviatt Library is the largest library in the San Fernando Valley, and the third largest library in the California State University system. On the 3rd floor, one half of the library has computer labs for all students to take advantage of. During FINALS time the library extends its hours from 7:00am until 2:00am. You can also rent private group study rooms as well as individual study rooms.

Oviatt Library!!!! By far the best choice, with 5 floors, one being underground( more for classes) but 4 floors made just for study, filled with every book, media, picture you need. Study tables, private study rooms for two or more with huge chalk boards or dry boards made perfectly for group studying or meetings. Its amazing, the service is great, if you forgot to bring your book, they have a reserved section that allows you to check out a book for a couple hours to get the work done. AMAZING.

There are a few places on campus that offer a quite environment to get work done. The most popular place would be the Oviatt Library, which has tons of tables on all floors for students to use, a collaboratory with plenty of computers, and study rooms that could be reserved for group study sessions. A plus at the library is the newly added Freudian Sip Cart, which offers a variety of drinks and pastries. Aside from the library, one of my favorite places to study or write a paper is at the ChS Writing Lab located in Jerome Richfield. The lab offers plenty of computers and printing services for students, as well as tutoring for students struggling with grammar, organization, or citations.
