Capella has many students, staff, and professors that could provide mentorship opportunities and stimulating conversations. This my first semester and already I feel connected to my program and students. Everyone is very respectful and courteous of one another's cultural differences.

This school's idea of mentoring was horrible. I was majoring in Social Work online and had to find my internship; this was almost impossible. There was constant changing of the requirements for the internship, and if you couldn't find one, you could not graduate. It was an Online MSW program, and we were discouraged from communicating with each other outside of class. One teacher accused everyone of plagiarism, and when I tried to complain, my complaints were ignored. I was told I would have to take the class, fail it, then appeal it. It was a class on writing resumes. I was already in the field; I did not need help writing cover letters. Overall, the school is atrocious. A group of former students sued them, and nobody bothered to tell me. I could have gotten some of my loans canceled. Only attend this school if you do not have a choice.

I was enrolled in Walden University to start college a few months ago. I immediately asked to be unenrolled and was given information for Capella. Every since I have had contact with Capella, I feel they listen to me and are very proactive. I start classes June 5
