I brag about everything that I have experienced on campus. I love it at Capital. It is just the right size for being such a small school, the activities are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the facilities workers are wonderful. I love bragging about my co'ed fraternity the most. Greek life on Capital's campus is very prominent and its literally like have a second family that you are not where near related to. The students are so close on campus over all that we refer to everyone as the capfam.
We're a small, personal school where our professors know us by name. It is easy to make friends if you are willing to go out of your comfort zone a little. The facilities are nice and the food is pretty good.
Small campus makes walking distance to class short, small class size equals more individual attention, small campus in big city, nursing program has good reputation potentially making future jobs easier to obtain
I love how friendly some of the teachers are and how willing they are to make sure the student succeed weather they intended to or not. The teachers have an open door policy. All we have to is let them know and they will make the time for you. Some even call you at home to explain what needs to be done. I think that is a great thing for a teacher to do. The people in the library will help you if they can. If they can't they will tell you where to go and get help.
I find that my school fosters a one on one relationship with professors, allowing for an excellent learning environment. When I go to class I know that I?m not just another face in the crowd, and that I can get help whenever I need. Everyone on campus is very nice as well.
When telling my friends about Capital I brag about the campus activities as well as the size of the campus. The fact that the campus is smaller and so are classes is a big plus. Many of my friends attend large colleges where they receive little or no personal attention.
my school is quiet but we have fun hanging out just being together. we might not drink but we have fun
I am very fond of our music and science program. I also brag about our school pride and how well our sports team do in the conferences.
I like to brag about the Faculty. The faculty at campus is more than willing to help when you need help and to even just stop and say hi and hold a conversation with the students. I know many professors even though I haven't had them in class just because they have stopped to talk with me before. I also like that we have a campus wide event every Wednesday that is packed full of fun and food while it is completely free.
The accesibility of help when it is needed in a class. The professors knowing all of their students by name.
Amazing professors, small classes, friendly people
