Without motivation or self discipline there is no way to complete any college degree program. In order to be motivated, you must want to complete a degree program for yourself, your future, and your family if applicable. To be self disciplined there must be a schedule that is going to be committed to. It is important to ensure that there is enough study time and time to complete and research necessary assignments to ensure success.
The only frustrating thing with my school are the weekly participation posts. As a stay at home mom, my only time for school is early in the morning while my children are sleeping and on weekends when my husband is not working. I rely on my early mornings to complete most of my course work and would prefer using this time to research, study, and completing necessary assignements rather than having to post so many participation posts daily.
