What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year at Cecil College?

I wish I had known what great of an option Cecil would have been even before it became one of my only options. I was very impressed with the facilities and teaching and have had such a great experience that my younger brother is considering going there for his first two years of schooling and transfering like I am.

I would have wanted to know how to be myself around others instead of being so self conscious and shy. When I first arrived at school it was difficult to live in a place where I knew absolutely no one and have to go to events by myself to meet new people. If I would of forgiven myself of my flaws and just simply starting talking to people I would of had a more enjoyable first five months.
