It's a decent school, but to be honest, the degree is useless unless you are a preacher and even then, you need more schooling to be a good one. I have a lot of student debt I am now paying for a useless degree but the experience was priceless. I met my best friends and my husband there.

Amanda - 04/15/2020

When looking at the different colleges, I wanted somewhere that I knew I could flourish, learn and excel in various levels academically and spiritually. I also wanted somewhere that I could make it feel like home and be a part of a community that would welcome people with open arms. I strongly feel that Central has everything I've been looking for in a college. From everything I've seen first-hand, Central has structured their programs to help set their students up for success and to have a bright future. At Central, they strive to give God the glory and to make leaders to serve and honor His Name. They not only have Christian in the name, but they actually take the steps to make sure it’s a Christian environment, which is another example of how they are preparing their students to become servant leaders of Christ.

Allie - 12/20/2016

It is a good school with a great community! The professors are incredible, they are a wealth of knowledge and are eager to share said wealth. Everyone employed by CCCB are Christ-followers working together to better the Kingdom - creating servant leaders for the church.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

I would tell myself to think thoroughly about where I want to go to college. I would tell myself that maybe it would be a good idea to take a year off before going to college and work. It would not only help me to earn money but also to truly get a grasp on what I want out of life. I would also possibly have a better idea of where I would want to go to college instead just choosing the one I thought would be cheapest for a year.

The worst think about Central is the slight lack of communication between administrators and the board, and the student body. It is also difficult for students to make suggestions to the board as to changes or ideas that may improve life on campus.
