If you want to get a great start this is the college to go to. The class sizes are small and intimate. You'll get the help you need. And everything is very assessable. The staff is very helpful with financial aide. The cost to attend is not a lot at all.
I love it at CTC, they are engaging, friendly, and on top of their game when it comes to students. I have had a wonderful experience with the college and I would recommend it to any one of my friends and family, I have a friend who is going there now and he loves it! 11/10
Central Texas College was one of the best routes I could have taken coming straight out of college. Since going directly into a university is usually very costly, my parents and I were actively looking for a cheaper route. Central Texas College was an amazing choice. There is a wide range of classes and tuition is not high at all. The professors are all easily accessible and the administration staff is willing to go the distance to help make sure you understand your college journey.
Central Texas College is okay, though many professors are boring and dreadful. The campus itself is on the smaller side, but the fountains and buildings are interesting to look at. I would recommend coming here for an Associate's and it's a decent community college to start off in.

The majority of my classmates are diligent, studious, tedious, and tenacious: we all act as a team to help one another if need be.
Accessable, helpful, affordable, flexable and offers courses that apply to the current need in this economy.
Central Texas College is a diverse community college that give the local are the opportunity for to get an education.
At my school there is a wide variety of students in terms of race, marital status, military, and civilians. I am a mom and having classmates that are moms too is very encouraging. It's great to know that people are on a similar journey like mine. My school is also located in the same building where my husband's grandparents went to high school. It is also in the middle of one of the worst parts of town, but it is an inspiration to the residents surrounding it. I hope the school brings some positivity to this area.
I dont know yet I have not started classes I am just in the enrollment process.
I had a lot of knowledge about it before I started going.
Any one who is not sure about their major, not financially stable enough to attend a 4-year university, and active/retired military and spouses/dependents.
Some one who does not want to go to college. Any one can attend.
The parking, Man! ther is almost no where to park. but I hear that the school is investing in a new parking lot next year so it will be alot bigger for the Texas A&M University students that are attending.
Most students are active or post-active military personnel, who are looking for an education while serving or just after discharge. I think the stereotype is 'military paid education' and for the most part, that is true.
