Film school, Business School, Law School

My school is best known for its outstanding film department. Chapman has a fantastic film program in the Dodge School of Film and Media Arts, and it is very well respected on campus.

Our Student Government Association always gets a big band or artist to come play for us. We have had LMFAO and 3OH!3. These concerts cost a small amount and are a great part of what Chapman Offers to their students. I went to the 3OH!3 concert this year and had such an amazing time. The gym is packed full of people and it is a fun filled dances fest! Another fun thing is the dance department puts on Midnight Breakfast during finals week, where they perform and have food afterwards. It is lots of fun and a great break from studying.

Every Wednesday of finals week, students participate in Undie Run. We all just wear our underwear, or really whatever we want, and run through the Orange Circle. It's a great stress relief! Also during finals week, puppies come to the piazza for us to play with and have some fun before we head off to study for the next test.

Chapman is most known for it's students academic achievement, many students have gone on to win various awards. Most recent ly, Forbes magazine recognized a Chapman junior named Tilden Smith as one of 9 All-Star Student Entreprenuers. This is the type of excellence is something that I hope Chapman will help me achieve. Chapman has also gained much notoreity for it's film school in recent years.

Small class sizes and Dodge Film School

Chapman University is best known for its film program. It is very competitive and also has a great reputation. Chapman is also known for its high standards for academic success, which makes it a nice fit for anyone who wishes to raise his or her own personal standards in further schooling.

Our school is known for its buisness and film program, but what is much more important, and apparent once a student studies here, is the devotion that the teachers give. All my teachers are willing to help me out and want to see me succeed. They know me by name and check up with me when they see me. It's nice to know that I matter, even though I am just one student.

We have very prestigious faculty; most of the faculty have their doctorate and years of personal experience in their field. The equipment in our Film School is state-of-the-art. The experience you get right from the start; you don't have to wait until you're an upperclassmen to start hands on work. Also our school just received conservatory status for our music, theater, dance and visual art departments. We also have a very good business school.

My school is best known for the liberal arts, primarily film and film making. Our Acapella group, known as Sound Check, recently made it to the International stage and will be competing sometime next year.

The most popular major is the film major, and the new building and facilities are what the school is best known for. There is also a great law school.
