The classes are small so your teachers know you by your first name instead of just a face. Since it is a small school you also get more time with your teachers and more thorough crituques than if a larger school.

I really felt like that I belonged here. It's a really small school, and the most accepting school I looked into. It really wants the students to find out who they are as an artist, and a person.

At CCNE every students earns the degree that they worked for. If a student slacked off all four years it will show in their work. If a student went above and beyond their work will be highly sought after and they will go far. Professors are willing to work with you even if you are not in their class. The community at CCNE is unlike nay other school, everyone knows everyone's name and can say hello. No other school will care about you as much as the students, factuly and staff at CCNE.
